What is Color Analysis?
You may or may not have heard about color analysis through magazines, department stores, or social media. If you’ve heard someone say they think they’re a “spring” or an “autumn” they’re trying to identify their color season. This is done through color analysis, otherwise known as taking a person's most dominant features (hair, skin and eyes) and combining them with color theory. Personal color analysis has been used in the beauty and fashion industries for years and with Perfect Fit I use color analysis to identify your color code. This helps me curate your wardrobe, accessories, build makeup palettes and even find your best hair colors so that you can feel and look your best wherever you go.
My Story
Why did I get into color analysis?
Funny story actually…a few months ago I was talking with some friends of mine in a group chat about color seasons and we were all wondering what we were. One of the girls had been told she was a winter and a spring on separate occasions and it really confused her so we started using different online filters. Why did we spend so much time on this subject? Well this group chat is also a group full of actors. Yes I include myself in that group and when you’re on screen, on stage or in our headshots, the last thing we want is to look washed out or for your eyes to go directly to our clothes instead of us. All that to say, I decided to take it further…and here we are. I believe everyone should know what they look their best in because let’s be real, who doesn’t love to feel good in their own skin? How many times did it make your day better when someone complimented your outfit? It’s so simple, but it makes all the difference. To me, colors are only the first step. Finding your style, what flatters you the most and putting together a wardrobe that makes you excited to get up in the morning is the ultimate goal.
about me
I’m 27 years old and grew up in Simi Valley with my family. The last few years in particular have given me the opportunity to tap into the most confident version of myself. I’m sure many of you can relate to spending too much time focusing on insecurities and the toll it takes on your confidence. That was me, and while I still have my moments because I’m human, my life has changed dramatically since I started presenting my most authentic self to the world. It doesn’t mean being fake or pretending like you have it together all the time, it just means knowing that you can feel good in your own skin and that will reflect in your behavior too.
I personally find myself walking with more confidence when I’m dressed in the colors and styles that suit me and my personality best. Honestly it’s hard enough to be confident in the world we live in, so my goal is to bring that love and empowerment back. I want to encourage you that you’re allowed to take up space. We don’t do good for anyone when we force ourselves to play small. Marianne Williamson wrote, “As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.” I want to spotlight those authentic parts of you and remind you that they are allowed to shine.
As a follower of Christ I am encouraging others not only to walk in their God given beauty and confidence but I want to reflect the love of Jesus to anyone I have the pleasure of working with. There is an identity that matters the most and it’s the one that keeps us rooted in knowing who we really are when we take away the makeup, clothes and titles. Our identity in Christ. I welcome all walks of life in my work, regardless of beliefs. My goal is to love, help heal, and empower others because that is what Christ does for all of us.

Personal Experience
I have been in the beauty and fashion industries both on the retail end and within the corporate world for a combined 8 years. What I loved most was being hands on and styling customers for any and every occasion. The way they would light up in an outfit that they genuinely felt confident in, knowing I helped them find that confidence was so fulfilling. From jewelry, handbags and makeup to a full head-to-toe outfit, I have styled for proms, weddings, baby showers, military balls, and the day-to-day essentials.
Training
I have trained under the Style By Color system that expands on the original 4 color seasons (spring, summer, winter, autumn) to become a 12 season system, but instead of identifying your “seasons” I identify your color code. Identifying an individual's color code through this system means that I start with focusing on your dominant color characteristics. Each person's color characteristics are a combination of two color seasons. I am constantly learning more about styling and color and my training has allowed me the opportunity to have all the access and information I need.
